Philadelphia Office Assembly Locations

A. Primary Assembly Point: 20th & Ben Franklin Parkway

• Proceed out of Three Parkway going NW on Ben Franklin Pkwy.
• Stay to the right around the traffic circle to the third exit and continue to North 20th Street.
• Congregate in the grassy area bordering 20th St. diagonal to the library for a headcount of personnel.
• Look for our staff with red Arch caps and red rally flags with the blue/white "Arch Safety Council" logo.

B. Secondary Assembly Point: Fountain on the corner of 16th & Arch St.-JFK Plaza
Only if primary assembly point is inaccessible.

• Proceed out of Three Parkway to the East to 16th St.
• Cross 16th St and proceed south to Arch St/Parkway intersection.
• Cross Arch St and proceed to fountain area.
• Congregate in front of fountain for a headcount of personnel

C. If assembly points are inaccessible, go home and access Arch Emergency Response Information.
It is recommended that staff call this number frequently (minimum once or twice a day) in order to update themselves on the status of the recovery process.
